The final and decisive event of the Adriatic Golden Series Powered by Sailing Point 2025 is just around the corner. From 24 to 26 October 2025, the renowned Halloween Regatta will take place in Portorož, hosted by the Pirat Sailing Club. This event will not only conclude the series but also reveal the winning club of the year.

Organized in collaboration with three leading sailing clubs – Pirat Sailing Club (Portorož), Sirena Maritime Club of Trieste, and Società Velica di Barcola e Grignano – the Adriatic Golden Series showcases regional cooperation and shared commitment to youth sailing development.

Three regattas have already been successfully completed: Opti Opening (7–9 March 2025, Portorož), 12th Meeting del Adriatico (27–28 September 2025, Trieste), Barcolana Young (4–5 October 2025, Trieste).

The provisional results after the first three regattas are now available – check them out: 2025 Golden Series after 3 Regattas. The leaderboard remains tight, and the final event in Portorož will be crucial in deciding the overall champion.

The winning club of the series will receive: the prestigious Transition Cup, a brand-new Golden Optimist by Slovenian manufacturer EXO Boats, a cash prize, formed from a share of entry fees from all four events

The Adriatic Golden Series is more than just a sporting competition – it’s a platform for exchange, collaboration, and connection among sailing clubs in the Adriatic region. With the location of the final event rotating each year, the series continues to attract a wide range of sailors and clubs from across the region and beyond.
