CHARTER BOATS

We have a few boats available for charter. They will be allocated on "first come - first serve" basis.

Informative prices for daily charter are listed below, however the boat-owners may offer some discount - depends on your inquiry. Please contact #EM#726465627064466c647c68267c647c6e643f617a#EM# for more info/quotation/booking.

Informative prices:

- new Optimist (Exo or Nautivela): 80 EUR/day,

- used Optimist (various): 60 EUR/day,

- RIB (VSR): 250 EUR/day.

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

Person, carrying out the registration is kindly asked to present all (!) following documents - all (!) filled in and all (!) signed:

1. Disclaimer of Responsible Person (has to be filled in and signed by a person, who will be responsible for "his" underaged sailors - listed in this document) - link: SPER2022-ResponsiblePerson

2. Parental or Legal Guardian's Authorization (signed authorizations have to be presented for each of the underaged sailors listed in Statement of Responsilble Person - link: SPER2022-ParentalAuthorization-PrivacyNotice

3. All other documents as per NoR, point 3.8.

Copying the above documents (partially or as a whole) is expressly prohibited without prior written permission of Jadralni klub Pirat Portorož.

ONLINE ENTRIES

Online Entries are open from January 3 until April 5, 2022, both dates included.

You can submit the online Entry Form by clicking the green button "Entry Form" on upper left corner of this page.

NEW! WAITING LIST (for Cadet/Junior group after the 450 entries have arrived and this group was full)

On the basis of cancellations, which we have received in the past days and being able to maintain the level of organization the SPER Organizing Committee has decided to accept all sailors from the waiting list and add them to Entry List.

(On one hand we are honored with a huge interest we have in our regatta, on the other hand we are putting all our effort in being able to welcome all, who are still wishing to join us. We have therefore formed a waiting list, which we are publishing below. After the entries are closed on 5 April 2022, the organising committee will decide on possible increase of Entry Spots and inform everyone from the list on this decision. Please note that safety is first and we will only accept as many sailors as we can according to our re-inforced team we are putting together during these final days before the entries close. However - if any spots are released (entry cancellation), they will be filled with sailors from the waiting list (first on first off) - this will also be communicated with each re-located sailor (from waiting list onto entry list).)
